Meet your coach

Hi! I’m Holly. As a former executive leader in the Federal Government, I know good leadership and poor leadership; I know chronic stress and burnout; and I know the difference good health makes in the ability to lead well.

My health suffered from poor nutrition, lack of exercise, and lack of rest as I climbed the ranks. In 2019 I’d had enough of myself, enough of the constant exhaustion, and enough of the brain fog. I experienced a radical transformation in my overall health and wellbeing. In 2020, I began coaching others part-time to assist them toward their own personal transformation. Since then, I’ve coached hundreds of clients and went into full-time coaching in 2022. 

I am passionate about executive wellness coaching because I believe in the transformative power of health and well-being for leaders. I am driven by the vision of good leaders thriving, and empowering their teams to do the same. Every person has a unique mission and calling in life, and I am committed to helping leaders fully step into and fulfill their purpose. It’s challenging to lead effectively when you are not feeling well, are stressed, overwhelmed, and not performing at your best. I believe that good health and well-being are essential to good leadership, and I am dedicated to guiding leaders on their journey to achieve this balance, so they can inspire and uplift those around them.
