If you read that and are wondering how I could possibly know your situation, it’s because I’ve lived all of it and come out the other side. I was a high performing executive in a high stress job, weighing over 320 lbs. I was chronically stressed, constantly yelling or snapping at my family, and sleep-deprived due to constant pain in my back, feet, and legs. In 2019, I finally had enough and raised the white flag. I asked for help from a health coach. Over the next 15 months my life completely transformed as I learned how to manage my stress through healthy eating habits and mental and emotional wellness practices. I regained my energy and sense of balance. I learned how to heal my stress from the inside out. I learned to thrive, not just survive.

As your health and wellness coach, I will work with you to create a program that is customized to your needs. I will guide you to find the lifestyle choices and stress management techniques that will best support you. I will support you to make gradual, lifelong changes that create sustainable transformation.

Heal Your Stress From the Inside Out

This is a life changing program that integrates nutrition and self-care to ensure that your whole person is nourished: body, mind and spirit. In this program you will set and accomplish goals, understand how food impacts stress, work through barriers and obstacles in a nonjudgmental environment, explore new foods, increase your energy, feel better in your body, learn to reduce stress, learn to make healthy, sustainable changes and more.

Here is what you get:

  • 12 45-minute sessions.
  • Sessions take place every two weeks, for a total of twelve sessions during a 6-month period.
  • Sessions take place over Zoom or can be arranged in person if local to me.
  • The sessions are customized to suit your goals.
  • Program includes: notes emailed after each session, email and text support between each session, handouts and resources.

Meet your coach

Hi! I’m Holly. After experiencing my own radical transformation in 2019, I began coaching others part-time in 2020 to assist them toward their own personal transformation. Since then, I’ve coached hundreds of clients and went into full-time coaching in 2022. Read more about my story here.

I believe every person is placed on earth with a specific mission, a specific calling on their life. It’s very hard to fully step into and fulfill that calling, that purpose, when you don’t feel well, are stressed and overwhelmed, and aren’t firing on all cylinders.
