A Practical Guide to Celiac Disease For You, Your Friends, & Family is the guide I wish I’d had 5 years ago when we were just beginning our celiac journey. This guide is full of the information you need as you start on this celiac journey – things most of us don’t learn until well into living gluten-free. It’s an easy to read guide with lessons learned and practical information you need to know on grocery shopping – including those items you wouldn’t think to look out for, avoiding cross-contamination at home and away, and dining out tips and resources. Plus, share with friends and family so you can help them help you!

Who knew gluten-free was so complicated?! Even though I am not caring for someone with Celiac, I always want to be a good hostess to friends (and my goddaughter) who have Celiac disease or other gluten sensitivities. Before this guide, I was so proud to serve a gluten-free menu for one dinner party only to find out, with horror, that the chicken broth I used was not gluten-free! Who knew?

This guide is practical and makes a complicated topic much simpler for everyone, whether gluten sensitivities impact your immediate family or your friends.

This is great. When I have to cook for visiting family members who have celiac I am always wandering around the grocery store looking for something to cook. The list in this publication is a practical God-sent resource. The advice for going out to eat is also extremely helpful. I am very glad to have this information at hand. Also, it is a great organizing tip to avoid cross contamination. Thank you so much for putting in the time and effort write this resource.

This is a great introduction. I’ve been dealing with Celiac Disease for many years. I appreciate getting the list of “hidden gluten” items. New information is always emerging and I appreciate Holly’s dedication and research.

We have Google fatigue from pulling information together about celiac disease. Hollys guide is informative, comprehensive and a great intro for us beginners confirming what we know and providing lots of new information. Love the decision matrix and info on the apps now available. Also appreciate the extra attention on cross contamination. Wish we had this months ago. I’ll use this often. Thank you!

What a wonderful guide! This will be so helpful in preparing meals for our precious granddaughter and for friends with celiac disease. I plan to share it with others whom I know have to live with this ailment.
