Ingredients
1/2cuprolled oats
2scoops vanilla or unflavored protein powder
2tbspalmond butter or sunflower seed butter
1tbspground flaxseed
1tbspmolasses
1tbspmaple syrup or monk fruit
1/2tspground ginger
1/4tspcinnamon
Pinchof nutmeg
Pinchof sea salt
1-2tbspalmond milkas needed
Instructions
In a bowl, combine oats, protein powder, flaxseed, and spices.
Add molasses, maple syrup, nut/seed butter, and stir until well combined.
Add almond milk 1 tbsp at a time until dough holds together.
Roll into 10–12 small bites.
Chill for 15 minutes and enjoy. Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze for longer.
