Ingredients
2large [100 g] Egg
4large [132 g] Egg White
2.5cup[225 g] Rolled Oats Gluten Free
2medium [236 g] BananaMashed
1cup[240 ml] Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk
0.5cup[127.5 g] Applesauce
60gChocolate Protein Powder
1cup[240 g] Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
1tbsp[10 g] Hemp Hearts
Coconut Oil Spray
1cup[123 g] Blueberries
1Tbsplemon juice
zest of 1 lemon
3tbsp[48 g] Almond Butteror other nut/seed butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl beat eggs and egg whites together.
Mix in rolled oats, mashed bananas, almond milk, apple sauce, chocolate protein powder, Greek yogurt, hemp hearts, lemon zest and lemon juice.
Grease a square baking dish with coconut oil spray.
Pour oatmeal mixture into the baking dish. Top with blueberries evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes or more before serving and drizzle with almond butter.

If you prefer to have a sweeter version, you can always add a few tablespoons of Stevia powder to the recipe or drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
