Ingredients
4firm appleslike Honeycrisp or Fuji, cored
1/2cupchopped pecans
2tbspalmond flour
2tbspmaple syrup
1tbspcoconut oilmelted
1/2tspcinnamon
1/4tspsea salt
Optional: dairy-free whipped coconut cream or vanilla yogurt for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, mix pecans, almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, and sea salt.
Spoon crumble mixture into each cored apple. Place apples in a baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes, until apples are tender and tops are golden.
