Ingredients
1/2cupfull-fat Greek yogurtor coconut yogurt for dairy-free
1/2cupcoconut creamscooped from a chilled can
1scoop vanilla collagen peptides or protein powder
1tbsphoney or maple syrup
1/2tspvanilla extract
1/2cupfresh blackberriesplus more for topping
Optional: shredded coconut or mint for garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, whip coconut cream, yogurt, protein powder, honey, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Gently fold in blackberries (lightly smash a few for color).
