Ingredients
2
ripe avocados
peeled. Cubed
1/4
cup
unsweetened
dark cocoa powder
1
Tbsp
vanilla (You can add a few drops of almond
lemon or raspberry extract as well for additional flavor. Have.
1/4
cup
stevia powder
or more if desired
1/4
cup
unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree.
Scrape sides about halfway through the puree process and continue until mixture is smooth and creamy.
For best taste, chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Serve in a beautiful glass, chilled.
Top with berries, nuts, coconut flakes or a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
