Decadent Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados peeled. Cubed
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla (You can add a few drops of almond lemon or raspberry extract as well for additional flavor. Have.
  • 1/4 cup stevia powder or more if desired
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree.
  • Scrape sides about halfway through the puree process and continue until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • For best taste, chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • Serve in a beautiful glass, chilled.
  • Top with berries, nuts, coconut flakes or a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
