Meet Holly

Hi, I’m Holly—Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, author of Heal Your Stress from the Inside Out™, and founder of Holly Andrews Coaching.

For 17 years, I worked in high-stress, high-pressure roles in the federal government. I know what it’s like to push through exhaustion, operate under relentless demands, and feel the weight of chronic stress every single day. I also know what happens when you ignore the signs—because I did, until my body finally forced me to pay attention.

I spent years struggling with brain fog, fatigue, mood swings, gut issues, and unexplained weight gain, all while trying to “push through” like I always had. It wasn’t until I reached my breaking point in 2019 that I finally stopped surviving and started healing.

That journey changed everything.

I discovered that true healing doesn’t come from quick fixes or willpower—it comes from addressing stress at the root, nourishing the body from the inside out, and creating sustainable habits that work. I became passionate about helping other women do the same.
