Meet Holly

Hi, I’m Holly — Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, author of Heal Your Stress from the Inside Out™, and founder of Holly Andrews Coaching.

For 17 years, I worked in high-stress, high-pressure roles in the federal government. I know what it’s like to carry responsibility, lead under pressure, and feel the weight of chronic stress every single day.

I also know what happens when you ignore the signs — because I did.

I struggled with brain fog, fatigue, mood swings, gut issues, unexplained weight gain, and rising anxiety — all while trying to “handle it” with strength and faith.

But underneath it all, I felt spiritually disconnected too.

It wasn’t until I reached my breaking point in 2019 that I finally stopped surviving and started healing — physically and spiritually.

And here’s what I discovered:

When you calm the nervous system, balance cortisol, and heal the gut… clarity returns.

When the body feels safe again, the soul can breathe again.

God wasn’t disappointed in my burnout.
