Ingredients
1/2cupalmond flour
2tbspcacao powder
2scoops chocolate protein powder
1tbspmaple syrup or monk fruit sweetener
2tbspalmond butter or cashew butter
1/2tspvanilla extract
1/2tsporange zestfresh
Pinchof sea salt
1-2tbspalmond milk or wateras needed
shredded coconut or cacao nibs for rollingoptional
Instructions
In a bowl, mix almond flour, cacao powder, protein powder, and salt.
Stir in almond butter, maple syrup, orange zest, and vanilla. Add almond milk 1 tbsp at a time until a dough forms.
Roll dough into 10–12 small truffle balls.
Optional: roll in coconut or cacao nibs.
Chill in fridge for 20 minutes or until firm. Store refrigerated or freeze for longer storage.
