A high-protein, cortisol-supporting ice cream with collagen peptides, matcha, and strawberries, made easily in a Ninja Creami or no-churn style.

Ingredients

Greek yogurt

almond milk

strawberries

collagen peptides

matcha powder

honey or maple syrup

vanilla extract
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Freeze in a Ninja Creami pint (6+ hours) or freezer-safe dish, stirring hourly.
Spin using the Lite Ice Cream function (Ninja) or serve as a no-churn ice cream.
Add 1 tbsp of almond milk if necessary and re-spin until smooth.
