Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the turkey is no longer pink, breaking it up into crumbles as it cooks.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise (if using), and apple cider vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute the cooked turkey over the buns. Drizzle or spread a little honey mustard sauce over the turkey. Top each with a slice of cheese, then place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
Optional: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Dijon mustard. Brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture, then sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are warmed through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve with extra honey mustard sauce on the side and add pickles, lettuce, and tomato slices if desired.
