The Perfect Super Bowl Wing: Baked Dry Rub Chicken Wings
If you are looking for the perfect wing for your Super Bowl party (or any party), look no further!
No, seriously! My family loves these Baked Dry Rub Chicken Wings. They come out crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. According to my husband, “You can’t even tell they are healthy.”
I call that a win!
Check out my YouTube video for the full details and step-by-step, or should I say play-by-play. 😂

My favorite way to eat these is just as they are. They really don’t need any sauce, and if you want the healthy version, leave them alone. Just sayin’! However, if your people like sauce, you can toss them in any sauce you like and then put them back in the oven for 2-3 minutes to maintain crispiness.
My version of buffalo sauce for the kids who don’t like it too hot: melt ⅓ cup butter together with ¼ cup of Frank’s hot sauce.
